& Co. was founded by Paige & Estefania, two creatives who believe beauty & fashion aren’t just industries; they are story telling tools. With roots in cosmetology, makeup artistry, hairstyling, & fashion show coordination , we’ve transformed our passion. For artistry into a platform that uplifts, inspires, & redefines what it means to be BOLD.
OUR WHY
We started & Co. Because we were tired of waiting for permission. we saw gaps in the beauty & fashion space; lack of representation, lack of creative freedom, lack of safe spaces for artists to thrive. We decided to build the company we always wished existed. For us & Co. Means collaboration, community, & creativity.

We’re not just here to do makeup & hair. We’re here to build shows, experiences, & movements that travel all across the country. & Co. Is the hub where artistry meets opportunity— where a new generation of creatives can shine just as golden & as gifted as they are.
