Our Story

& Co. began with a purpose — and a friendship.

We met on the first day of cosmetology school, both chasing creativity and a dream we couldn’t yet put into words. It didn’t take long to realize we shared the same fire, the same visions, the same love for transformation, and the same unshakable belief that beauty is more than skin deep.

What started as two artists trying to make it became something bigger: a partnership built on faith, trust, and pure drive. We became each other’s & Co. — the “and company” behind the dream, the one who shows up when it’s showtime and when no one’s watching.

To us, & Co. means no one shines alone. It’s a reminder that every visionary deserves their village — the stylists, the assistants, the artists, the friends — the ones who bring the magic to life and rarely get the spotlight.

So this isn’t just a brand. It’s a movement for the ones who create behind the curtain, the ones who lift others up, the ones who believe that collaboration is the real currency of greatness.
